Tatra photography offer photography landscape courses and wildlife photography workshops in the most scenic areas of Europe, our workshops will reveal the rugged peaks and waterfalls of the Tatra mountains Slovakia, the rural landscapes of the Czech republic with the bird of prey special workshop and Europe’s great predators in the Bavarian wilderness.
The Tatra Mountains Slovakia has everything a photographer could wish for, unique culture, historical architecture, friendly people & of course spectacular landscapes. Mountain Paradise together with Chris Weston & Nick Jenkins have carefully handpicked the very best locations in the Tatra Mountains national park. During the week of your holiday we will take you to locations of breathtaking beauty for you to photograph which will include, the Tatra mountain landscapes, emerald lakes & valleys, UNESCO Castles, giant mountain waterfalls and also sunrise and sunset shots.
Our Bavaria wildlife photography workshop reveals some of Europe’s greatest wildlife including brown bears, wolves, lynx, deer and birds of prey, all providing unrivalled inspiration for any keen photographer. The spacious wildlife ranges and large aviaries found in the wildlife enclosure of the Bavarian National Park provide us with over 30-species of mountain-forest animals to photograph.
The Czech republic countryside provides our location for the Bird of Prey photography workshops with a unique opportunity to photograph the golden eagle, sea eagle, peregrine falcon, tawny owl and eagle owl.
All workshops include a masterclass from Chris Weston, Nick Jenkins, Lee Pengelly or Pete Watmough in photography landscape or wildlife photography tuition, which includes, composition, shutter speeds, apertures & understanding histograms. All levels are catered for with digital & film so whether you are new to photography, an enthusiast or a seasoned pro looking for a new photography location, These workshops are designed by photographers for photographers.
