This location is surrounded by the beautiful mountain valleys, rugged Tatra peaks and three lake locations perfect for reflections and sunrise shots. The mountain saddle will provide us with plenty of sunset opportunities.
We will take you too one of the most stunning places in Europe, Lomnicky Peak 2635M, a gondola will take us directly to the mountain peak to photograph the neighbouring peaks and valleys of the Slovak & Polish Tatras, this unique opportunity for mountain shooting is not to be missed.
The landscape workshops with Tatra Photography are sponsored by Lee Filters and Robert White Camera Suppliers.
Lee Filters have kindly donated a landscape filter set including various grads, ND filters and the BIG 10 Stopper, Lee have also provided a range of holders and rings, all of which will be available to use to participants on the workshops and will be demonstrated by the Tatra photography award winning tutors.

“I can now attest there are few pleasures more wonderful than being slowly warmed by the rising sun in a sweet-smelling meadow. The gentle buzz of insects gradually coming to life was the only noise bar the sporadic shutter clicks of seven cameras.”

“So what have I learned in my days on the frozen Slovakian mountainside? That once you’ve managed to thaw out your frozen fingers, landscape photography is a lot of fun. That you can learn more in three days on location with a professional photographer than six months in the classroom. And that, in order to produce impressive images, you need patience, dedication and a certain amount of skullduggery.”
